How long does it take to prepare a biography?
Many variables affect completion. However, for most of our clients their book is ready six to twelve months after the first interview.

How many copies of the book do I receive?
One copy of the book is included in the cost of every commissioned biography, while extra copies can be purchased at any time.

Where are the interviews conducted?
You are free to choose the location for your interviews though we suggest somewhere quiet, comfortable and free from distraction.

Can I get a copy of the recorded interviews?
We do not make interview recordings available to anyone to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the interviews. Putting a life story into writing is the best way to make it accessible to others, as it is much easier to flick through the pages of a book than to wade through hours of recorded conversation. Much easier too, to share with your family and friends.

Can you publish my story for sale to the public?
Nine Lives Biography Services does not produce books for sale in a bookshop. However, with your permission, individuals can purchase copies of your book from Nine Lives Biography Services.

How much do you charge for your services?
We need to determine the parameters of each individual biography before a quote can be supplied. Please don't hesitate to email or telephone for a quotation.
